Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is the best way to make sure we have time set aside for your Subaru. For routine maintenance like an oil and filter change, tire rotation, wiper blades or filters, you don't need one: Express Service takes you with or without an appointment until 4:30 PM on weekdays and 1:00 PM on Saturday. For anything else that can't wait, call Service at 440-210-5306 and we'll tell you what we can do that day.
Can I get a loaner or a ride?
Loaners are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Ask for one when you book or call Service at 440-210-5306. We also offer shuttle rides within 10 miles of the dealership.
How much is an oil change?
A full synthetic oil change starts at $77.99, with Subaru-brand oil. Express Service handles it with or without an appointment until 4:30 PM on weekdays and 1:00 PM on Saturday.
How long will my service take?
It depends on the work. Your service advisor gives you an estimate when you drop off and keeps you updated by text while your Subaru is with us.
Do you service Subarus that weren't bought here?
Yes. Wherever you bought your Subaru, it gets the same factory-trained technicians, genuine Subaru parts and Subaru-brand fluids.
What are your service hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Service is closed on Sunday.
